I have been waiting since October 3rd, 2022 and I’m still in Uscis waiting for I-130 approval because my petitioner is LPR

Hugs. I think they are approving more cases now than last time. My papers have been sitting for 11 months since the last update of an RFE response and nothing. January 22, i have a new update, asked for another RFE, then approved today January 28.
i know how frustrating it can be. Hold on to that hope that better things are coming this year if you are legally processed. God bless us all!

@Shantel B I feel you!! i have been waiting since April 2022 and i cry sometimes too. even if i act okay most times. I wanna go visit my family so bad . It will happen soon in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾
