Has anyone had their marriage based green card interview at the Spokane, Washington office? How was the experience?
My husband and I applied for the I-485 and I-130 together in May 2024. It had been showing as ‘forms submitted,’ but last week we received an update for an interview. We are so excited and would love to hear about other people’s experiences
I-485 timeline after I-140 approval?
Hi! My I-140 got approved yesterday (EB1 extraordinary ability).
I'm now wondering how long it'll take for my I-485 to be approved. I filed it in May and already completed my biometrics a month before my I-140 approval.

good morning all, please I need help. I filed concurrently, yesterday uscis rejected my form i756and and it back with fee because the form was outdated. can I resend with the same money order? or I have to buy another money order. they only sent the form and the money order back. I have corrected the error and about to send it back. will I need to attach any documents?

lusaka embassy in zambia (K1 fiance) interview
Hi guys we are September filers 2024 under fiance visa application we're wondering how long the Lusaka Embasy takes to schedule an interview. curently waiting to here from the embassy and it feels like the case is dragging. to wait it out i've been keeping busy on the farm but i must say this has been the most trying period for us we miss each other so much it hurts. awe sure

Refile or Appeal After i-140 denial
Hi i have two questions and would highly appreciate if someone who has been through the process can help.
1. My i-140 petition is recently denied, and I wanna know if I can ask another firm such as chen to help me with the appeal. I recently did a free profile evaluation through chen immigration and they replied that I have a strong case and would be happy to take my case to file an i-140, though I didn't mention anything about my denial in the free evaluation. Should I mention this denied i-140? I fear that they may back off of the offer they gave me?
2. Is it worth to appeal or its better to just refile the case?

Today, I received approval for my case. I applied last year, in the same month. I had an interview that lasted for an hour, divided into 30 minutes of group discussion and 30 minutes of individual questioning. The officer was friendly and approachable, but he asked a lot of questions.

Green Card Renewal
