Hi everyone! I am a U.S. citizen, and I filed separate I-130 petitions for both of my parents in November 2023. They are currently living in Romania, and we still have not received a decision or any significant update on either case.
It has been almost three years, and both petitions are still showing as actively being reviewed. Are there any other November 2023 filers, especially for parents living abroad, who are still waiting? If your case was recently approved, could you please share your priority date, service center, and timeline?

Yes I did twice, they said is still in progress
