Derivative Asylee I-485: Is This a Good Sign??
Filed: March 8, 2024 (NBC).
Status: Ready to Be Scheduled for 4 months.
USCIS Live Agent said my case is now at Queens Field Office. An officer reviewed it on August 4 and requested the interview to be scheduled.
My wife (principal asylee) was approved in January 2025 without an interview.
Is this a good sign? How long after the officer’s request did you receive your interview notice?
