Receive date July / 7 NBC
Till now no biometric appointment yet
It’s been 59 days . I ask Emma with live agent and told me that there is a request for the appointment but a date has not been scheduled as of yet.
When do you guys think will be scheduled?

please I need advise i have pending I-485 since 2021 my I-130 already Approved since 2023 but my I-485 still pending and I wan to take one shot deal from the city to pay my electricity because they told me they will cut the light off and the money to pay is too much please can I apply for one shot deal so that I can pay the city back or it will affect my I-485 please advise...

Ok so I had the interview. I had an attorney on file so he asked if I was ok without one present. I said yes and he gave me a waiver to sign. He then asked a few questions about my previous visas, entry and departure (I used to visit a lot in the past for holidays), yes or No I-485 questions, and if I still worked for my employer. I had a bunch of docs but he didn’t ask for anything. However I just went ahead and gave him copies of all my approval notices, EVL, 2024 tax returns transcript and travel history page. Entire process from check in, photo taking and interview lasted 23 mins. He then gave me a paper that said my case is held for review and final decision will be mailed to me.
PS: I had to come back in and give him my new medicals. He never asked me for it

hi can anyone tell me what they did when your spouse is supposed have a second interview with NVC currently reviewing his case and claim they will forward his case to USCIS then they will contact all
parties involved for second interview but they had my husband case since December 20 2024 but no updated yet can someone tell me what we can do
