new rule is only gonna effect People who gonna travel after Aug 13 not who previously traveled.

@hay jay - So far from my previous post comments, I see the issue is mainly around unlawful presence in US. If your presence is out of status at any moment during your period of stay in Us - Then this rule going be applicable .
