RFE: MEDICAL AND SUP J
Has anyone experienced the case of receiving RFE and required the Sup J. My previous Sup J has been approved. So I was still wondering why they asked the new sup j for ? is there a good reason behind this ? Nowadays, USCIS officers usually act based on emontion frequently rather than using logical senses of God. I just want to hop in and ask for a good answer. Anyone has any ideas why ? Please spill it out…. it could help.

i think new Sup J is a trend. they want everyone submit sub J no matter what.

sup J is like a formal document that represents your occupation, in which it stated your salary, how long have you been working there ? is the company legit ? is it real ? is it stil sponsoring you ? something like that .
