The evidence submitted in support of your petition that is listed above demonstrates that you are
currently married and living as husband and wife with ………. however
this evidence is insufficient in establishing that your prior marriage was properly
terminated, dissolved, or annulled.
What You Need to Do
You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case:
Submit proof that the marriage legally ended.
Such proof would normally be a final (absolute) divorce decree, death certificate, annulment, etc. For
immigration purposes, this evidence must have been registered with the government agency
authorized to register such documents.

Approve
Had our interview Dec 1 but because of an inadmissible question my case was sent for review, so on Dec 7 I wrote an affidavit stating the reason why I chose no and it was a misunderstanding not a misrepresentation also got letter from the organization and uploaded them to my unsolicited evidence. on Dec 8 got a notification Cancellation for Request for Additional Evidence and on Dec 9 I got an Approval.

What does “ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms: true” mean on my I-485 status?
Hi everyone,
In my USCIS case history (I-485), I see a line that says: “ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms: true.”
Does anyone know what this means in USCIS internal language?
Is it good or bad? Does it mean an officer is reviewing my case?
I had multiple RFEs and a NOID earlier this year, and I responded to all of them.
I'm also from one of the 19 countries ban list
Thanks!
EB1C ROW Filed: July 29th 2025
Hello everyone,
I have filed applications under the EB-1C category, including Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status), Form I-131 (Advance Parole), and Form I-765 (Employment Authorization). My biometrics were completed within 10 days of submission.
My children’s combo cards (EAD + AP) were approved the following week. My wife’s standalone Employment Authorization Document (EAD) was approved on November 20, following an API update on November 16. However, I am still awaiting decisions on all three of my applications.
Additionally, I noticed two “FTA0” events and an unexplained timestamp update on November 26, which appeared across all applications for my entire family without any visible status changes.
My current L-1A status is set to expire in April 2026. I would appreciate any insights on what to expect next and typical timelines for approvals of my I-485, I-131, and I-765.
Thank you in advance for your feedback and guidance.
