I’ve been waiting more than years to have my tps approval for travel, i see the processing my case, I have my advance parole for travel you guys think it’s a great idea to travel for now, I’ve been married for 8 years I cannot have my green card inside of the country I have to travel outside to come back to have a stamp in my passport to apply for a green card. this is my last chance . anyone who knows something let me know.

my case was approved today! great news! However my wife case was not approved yet. Do you know if this is normal and if her case may have been sent to another FO? (mine was sent to NY- non local). Is there any action I can take?

I filed I-360 in 2019 which was denied in 2021 for not meeting timelines for more evidence. I refiled again in 2023 with all other extra documents requested and got prima facied thereafter. To my surprise, my older form is beginning to be processed with starts saying additional documents were received. My question is did they merge both internally or is it a system error?

What is your experience after the case moving to a local FO?
I took biometrics yesterday, and when using the API call below my case seems to have been moved to the local FO where I took biometrics.
Is that normal? Does that mean an interview or decision is near? I only filed the AOS 1 month ago.

Even though the API call returns that my case is with the local Field Office, Emma’s live agents confirmed it is being processed at the NBC. So, this API may not be that helpful anymore…
I-130 Application After Interview
Hi,
My spouse's I-130 was approved and had an interview today. However, after an interview, the consular officer gave a letter saying additional administrative processing is required, but no further action is needed from our end. I’m confused.
Has anyone been through this process or what does it mean? please advise on what we should expect next.
