what type paperwork you submit to congressman?

wow we have same receipt date. i did same thing but no response!

in my case they just sent a generic answer saying im within the reg processing times and to keep waiting. but they did answer in a week instead of 30 days tho. (904 days since i filed btw)

@Jatinder kang is a government website and I submit a privacy release form yesterday. Today the officer sent me an email said”I will submit a case status on your pending Form I-485. Please note I am expected to receive a response within 30 days. ”

@josue Villanueva yes, I think they might just ask uscis about my case and tell me to wait. I want to try the congressman inquiry first and then file a wom.

@u soysa Emma told me my case in Chicago FO since April 2025 I guess. and I continued ask three times, the case still at Chicago FO.

@y z was the congressman inquiry process fully online or did you have to go in person for anything?

this tuesday i was emailed to congressmen for inqiary about im i-485 . and they emailed my they will give the answer after 30to45 days .
