im there too, no update

gave my interview on May, was handed case being held or review paper and told I'll get decision in a month, no updates yet

it seems Long Island FO is one of the slowest one yikes, especially for eb cases

@Samir ojha i already had a round with them, i submitted my medical in may, there was no response, did service request, they said they didnt receive, they sent a new rfe, and i submited the 2nd time just yesterday……

@Samir ojha yes I asked Emma, just generic response and she ended the chat, and my pd is Aug 2021

@pd 9/2021 no update but I asked Emma and they said my case is now with NBC. I already had an interview.

@Samir ojha my case is at queens field office. submitted medical on June 8, issued another rfe on July 2 for i485j, responded that too but no update since. have you got any update

@Samir ojha did the inquiry, got respond they are waiting for available resources. but no update at all
