did you call USCIS and ask where is your case at? such has NBC, VSC or local FO? your timeline shows biometrics in May 2025, did you redo the biometrics in Feb 2026 again?

@kiki K applied feb 2025 and case was transffered to another office in June 2025. yes its more than 15 months now

@J J I did called them, they said its in local office in NY. yes they did biometrics again this year

I’m also waiting on my I-485; it was transferred on January 16, 2025. It’s been 19 months now, and still nothing.

@anonymous h I submitted my 485 last June and did biometrics in this Feb 2026 as well. I got update in March that my case was transferred to VSC, then another update in June that my case was transferred to NBC. I also called Uscis and my case was in FO since June.

did any of you file mandamus

Same, vawa approved 2024. I-485 filed February 12 2025 biometrics reused, medical submitted and case transfer three times now at National benefits center Missouri. while I lived in Philly..

hopefully before the end of this year we all get our approval! 🙏

@anonymous h my vawa was approved September 2025 they received my medical March 5 2025. since then no update. multiple calls and inquiries and nothing. at this point it doesn't look like they are processing vawa i485.

vawa approved November 2025, from a banned country, did biometrics April 30th, case updated to show fingerprints were taken, got update on August 11th for interview for September 🙏🙏

@anonymous h The lawyer took care of it, and the email I received says I will get a response regarding my case before September 9th; I know I will receive a favorable outcome, God willing.

@anonymous h same here Vawa was approved Jan 2025 it’s been 19 months. i have tried through congressman, send an enquiry to ombudsman but nothing so far.I am planning on the mandamus too going to talk to my lawyer next week

@anonymous h am 5 years in. I really miss my family and just wish I could see them. My c31 permit expires next month lawyer put in for renewal bcuz she said with the i485 I am still within processing time. Its crazy.

standalone vawa approved 10/2025 even though was Married to us citizen and I live here!! , i485 12/2025, biometrics 02/2026, was 09/25 got letter it said to NBC, then a second update case changed jurisdiction 09/28/2026! so for waiting for the second letter! 🥲🥲🥲🥲

@E S very similar situation. our cases are moving on closer dates mine got updated on 9/11 hopefully we get an approval soon
