EB1 PD May 2022
We responded to our RFEs to submit medicals and USCIS received on Apr 2026. yesterday derivative cases changed to RFE sent (second RFE), not sure what it is until I receive the letter. my case still at “Respons received” status. Does it mean my case not yet reviewed or reviewed and in line for approval or waiting for derivative cases to respond to second RFE as USCIS wants to adjudicate all cases together. please share your thoughts

@new user Mostly probably all of your cases are transferred to a field office from nbc. The field office might have found something else missing for your derivative. Check with Emma so u can know the location of your case. Most of the EB1 India cases which is current are started getting transferred from nbc since April. Ours at Sacramento.

@new user that means the officer is working on your cases. that's a good move and news. In my assumption 2 RFE is for birth certificate or change of language for some other document, which is not in English. Good luck and keep posting about the updates.

which field office.. mine RFE response was received in april by nbc then my application is sent to Newark field office.. no update since then

@a m as per live agent it’s at NBC but reply to my outside normal processing times inquiry came from LA field office, don’t know which one is consider

My PD and 485 was both filed in May 2022 but w/o Medical.. Midecal RFE was responded April 2023.Then fullstop.. April 2026 Medical RFE as the earlier expired.. Response delivered in May 2026, no further updates if response was received or not..
