We responded to our RFEs to submit medicals and USCIS received on Apr 2026. yesterday derivative cases changed to RFE sent (second RFE), not sure what it is until I receive the letter. my case still at “Respons received” status. Does it mean my case not yet reviewed or reviewed and in line for approval or waiting for derivative cases to respond to second RFE as USCIS wants to adjudicate all cases together. please share your thoughts

@new user Mostly probably all of your cases are transferred to a field office from nbc. The field office might have found something else missing for your derivative. Check with Emma so u can know the location of your case. Most of the EB1 India cases which is current are started getting transferred from nbc since April. Ours at Sacramento.
