Hello House. I need advise. My I-360 was approved September 2022 at Vermont center and I went for my I-485 interview 2023 July and till now no response. I called uscis today using info-pass and she told me my case has been moved back to Vermont Center.
I want to find out if anyone or you know of someone who has experienced such before. Is it a usual or unusual situation?

RFE after CRP
Hi all!
Today I got notification for RFE after being in CRP at NBC. (waiting for the letter).
Did it happen to you? what was the RFE for ?
I already had some RFEs before the CRP status, for employment letter for me (process is through my employer) and for ID + pictures for me and for my husband, and for birth certificate for my husband. ( all that was submitted initially ).
What do you think they lost now or are still missing ?
I guess it means we are not in CRP anymore?
About what should I do next
Hi guys
I have been in us New york for around like 2 years and on F1 visa .
So the next semester will be be final and will graduate .
After that I can get into opt or else I can get admitted in 4 years college , but I see the expense and its too much like per semester its 8k will be the expense
what will you guys suggest me to do keep the status ?

does anybody experience something like this ...im waiting for my i485 approval so everything else its already approved and in my progress said before 2 months for decision now it changed to 34 months 🙃 so it must be a joke because my priority date its july 2022 and im married to a us citizen....please help me up if anyone experience something like this before
[F1 student] Does it make sense to apply for OPT with a pending I485?
hello,
My spouse is on an F1 visa and graduating this December. I have an approved self petitioned I140, and my company applied for I485 for me and my spouse. we both have received EAD. I don’t trust the company lawyer filed the petition properly, and I think there is a chance for our AoS gets rejected.
Do you think my spouse should apply for OPT? or is it going to be wasted effort and money?
in other words, would rejecting our AoS void my spouse’s OPT?

Questions asked by pre- counsel:
Do you have the DS-260, birth certificate of the beneficiary and marriage certificate?
Has the beneficiary traveled outside of the county ( yes, went to Colombia together 2023)
Asked me if I am the petitioner and where I live ? I said yes and answered where I live
Said everything looks great please wait to be called and interviewed. We were number 70. They called us pretty quickly skipped from 50 to 70, we were window number 28.
A guy interviewed us and asked the following:
Are you the petitioner and if I live in the state listed on the petition? I said yes
Asked my husband when did we meet - he said at his current job.
Asked my husband when did we get married ?
He answered
Asked me if I travel frequently ? I said yes due to having family in the DR .
Asked if my husband and I have kids in common, we said no.
Asked to see our pictures we handed the album of photos, he saw 2 pages and said ‘’ how cute’’ approved congratulations 🎊
