some say do it, some say don’t. if you barely have any evidence uploaded, upload some more but if you have 20-30 pictures, different bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) and screenshots from video calls, phone calls or texts it should be enough. That’s what I heard from a lot of people, they didn’t upload more and didn’t get a request for additional evidence

@Val R. I definitely agree it helps your case. I uploaded and certainly believe I was approved quicker because of it. NO RFE & NO interview. my case wasn’t straightforward so I needed to think out of the box and it worked. I recommend every couple months upload anything new that shows a bona fide marriage aside from pictures. like insurance, trips, show beneficiary information for each other

@Lena S. @Mo Me on that note, how do I know what evidence was submitted? I have an attorney and under the documents tab there is only one picture. does that mean she only submitted one picture?

@Val R. I think that’s what it means. as I said upload upload anything that will help you. picture are helpful but it can be staged. documents are best as I listed above. Anything you share or is joint together on 🙌even separate bills but carrying the same address. Think bigger than just pictures, show you have a functioning life together

@Mo Me having joint things are only possible if you live together, right? because I am still in my home country and can’t have insurance, be on the lease, have a joint bank account, have the same address, etc. but that’s what everyone says to submit We can only proof a bona fide marriage with pictures, plane tickets and trips together

@Val R. I would reach out to the attorney and ask them if you haven’t done that already and if it’s really only one picture submit some more things. Definitely won’t be bad for your case in my opinion

@Lena S. yes then provide what you can. trips, regular WhatsApp video calls( like take a screenshot every time) if he sends you money etc
