I applied for my I 485 in January of 2025 (last month) can I now apply for the I 765? The eligibility category would be C (9)? adjustment under section 245??

because I used my money saved back at home to file for my forms. my husband kept pushing the dates back.

you should still be okay I filled mines the same. yes it is C9 just remember to attach I130 receipt notice with I485 when filling by paper

woow same situation and also submitted my form the same day as u and i did the biometric and nothing new beside case being activly reviewed by uscis same day as u and still waiting (what a coincidence)
