Goodmorning fam, I have a pending Vawa case, can I travel to Hawaii with just my driver license, I know Hawaii is considered US territory, with the new administration, I am worried.please advise , anyone ever went without problem?. Thank you .

Hawai is a state not a territory, so it's a domestic flight.
Just make sure to return from your trip before Trump sign the new travel ban in March.

Someone just updated their status that, people on VAWA who travel with AP are been returned back to their home country. If this is indeed true, then I will say don't. You might want to discuss with your lawyer first.

Why would you be worried about traveling to Hawaii? It’s a US state and new administration or whatever has nothing to do with it. Use your common sense. As long as you have legal status in this country you’re good. Don’t listen to many trolls on this app! Good Lord

if your driver license is temporary then you ll need your passport as well!! Temporary driver license is not real ID and is not good for traveling ,get tour valid passport and if you have clean record you ll be fine

@Ivan b I flight and officers told me they needed to see my passport ,and that temporary DL is not for travel purposes . Why should I made it up lol it was FL airport maby is stricter. so always have another form of identification just in case .
