i have submitted mine end of July no ead yet

I did and got approved in about 16 days and got it last week from my lawyer

Me, I submitted on Dec 9th and already got my SSN and EAD on the 5th of this month.

On the 30th of January, I went late because my appointment was for the 7th of January but the letter got lost in the mail.

no. I applied for i765 through a third party on December 17th. I haven’t even received any receipt letter(i797) yet. My consultant isn’t providing any info regarding it. Can’t even track the case because of no receipt. did you get receipt no.???

@Yeah Cool I did receive my i797 best you reach out to Uscis since it’s over a month

@Khaleed ajadi I called them and the USCIS support told me they cannot see the case in the file but they can see the i485. I applied i485 from diff. place. they said they cannot do anything as they cannot see the ead application. I suspect that my cosultant haven’t applied for my work permit but he keeps on saying that he sent the application in December

@Yeah Cool you should ask him for confirmation cos if they didn’t receive it then they didn’t
