could you please share your U visa approval timeline? What was your U visa case? I had applied U visa under domestic violence case in 2021. I am still waiting for the U visa approval. Can you please share your journey to U visa approval?

I applied on 5/2015 didn’t hear from immigration for 4 years
in July of 2019 they send a RFE
then in July of 2020 was approved for 4 years
I waited the 3 years then applied for AOS in 12/2023
on July 2024 got my EAD
finger print was added to my i485 in August 2024
now just waiting

my date is November 29th 2023 for I-485. NE center, and I'm still waiting.

oh wow record time I put in a UVisa application both I-765 $ I-485 april 5th 2024 and I’ve yet to hear anything back it’s been about 315 days. any tips or comments ?
