Strongly believed reaching out to my congressman pushed my case alot as I have an current PCS at hands. Next step is NVC for us🥺🙏🏾

Any predictions about filling date become current t again or closer again, not action date because that one will be long journey. my pd is set 2023. And I'd like start working until 2027. I read 2022 and 2023 there's less case than 2021

My PD is May 25 2023 and I submitted my I-485 on November 11 2024 and finger print was done on December 26 2024. my online status shows that’ case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

NVC case status

Hi guys! I was just wondering if anyone knows what a IV case status of "completed" means when you log in to CEAC? Does it mean the review was completed? Or, does it just mean that all submitted documents are correct?

Guys today we see alot of post approval of unskilled category,, I feel so glad and congratulate those who got approved.. My PD is June 29 2021 , 1 week ahead to be get current.. maybe this coming visa bulletin moves forward and get current soon.. So those who are waiting for PD current be hopeful. That's all i want to say.. In my case i didnot get any rfe and schedule interview till now. And my is case remains pending at NBC since july 2022. Anybody have any experience or knowledge keep sharing ideas which help me alot.. and i will fully appreciate that .. thankyou 🥰🥰 #fingercrossed 🤞🤞

Hello Guys, after almost 5 years of waiting I finally received the notification I’ve dreaming for. (case was approved) I am so happy and greatful, but at the same time worried because my husband didn’t have the same luck. I received a RFE for medical about a month ago, but he didn’t. I sent my medical exam last week and today the case was approved. We both wished so much for this day to arrive. It breaks my heart that his case is not moving at the same pace. I am praying he will get his approval soon. Has anyone gone through this?

I prefer to have an interview than to be with this uncertainty about whether they were working on my case or not. 😒😒😒

Finally approved!

I had our combo interview last Tuesday at the Portland OR office. Super easy, 15 minutes for the whole interview. Only had 1 relationship question and the 6 civics questions.. we were approved on the spot and was scheduled for the oath ceremony that afternoon. 🎉All the best to those still waiting, I have my fingers crossed forr y'all.

I already have a I130 approved when I file the I485 I enter the country with a visitor visa but expire on 2022 I’m married with a US citizen I have 3 years of marriage We have 1 child We attend the Interview May 29 (with our little son) We get approved like in 10 min (God bless the officer) he just ask: First time we met, when we get married, address, again the address and if was love at first sight.
