interview done a year ago and again interview scheduled last week and got a letter and today again interview canceled and waiting on the letter
hello all, I had my interview a year ago and everything went well and they asked me to send them the original birth certificate in foreign language and said everything else is good. it’s been a year almost I had my interview and I sent the rfe as well the other day and it’s been a year too and no update until last weeek. all of a sudden they scheduled me for interview end of this month and I got a letter but today again I got a notification saying my interview has been cancelled . any idea on what does this mean and how long before any decision is made. pls if anyone have similar experience plz let me know thanks

@Sulab Bimali I know someone who had the same stuff happen to him. He was later approved without an interview and if your medical hasn’t expired yet, you might be on the way to be approved real soon. Btw, what did you bring with you on your interview day? Did they ask for paystubs and W-2 and what questions pertaining your job did you get asked?

my medical isn’t expired and my pd is nov 2020. I ad attached my paystub in my i140 way back

@Sulab Bimali hi Sulab! I also had my interview back in 2022 - a month ago I received a RFE for medical and then my status changed for RFE received and 10 days algo case is ready to interview to be scheduled. 10 days and no notice about the interview date or change on the status.

@your PD is similar to mine, November 2020. I did my interview April 2024, after that no update. did you contact any congressman or senetor ?
