About online agent.
Hi guys! Few weeks ago, I contacted Emma and talk to an online agent. After putting me on wait for checking my case, he told me that he is not allowed to tell me about the steps of the case. He then closed the conversation I couldn't even read the full text he wrote. I sent an inquiry about 3 weeks ago, there's nothing back still.

@Nathan Jules I spent 3 days and talked to seven or eight agents before I finally found a decent one who actually helped me and answered all my questions. Just keep trying.
