f2a apply for I-485
Hello folks,
I am RoW. I am applying for my wife. Can we apply for ead and AoS if I-130 is not approved but our priority date is current?
Our lawyer said we can but wanted to confirm with the community.

yes u can if your priority dateis current u can apply for I485 its a package I765 and I131

if your priority date is current ,you can fill i 130 /i485/i 131 / and work permit in same time ,she has to be on stutus when you fill for her

most of lawyers ask to keep stutus if she is on f1 visa or switch to f2 visa if she is on b2 visa
