Adjustment of status based on 1 year grant of asylum
Does anyone know how long after an immigration officer review your case a decision will be sent? I applied June 2023, they used my old fingerprints that was taken for my asylum application and on June 12, 2025 I was told my case was reviewed by an immigration officer.

my case was also reviewed on 06/09/25 based on Emma live agent but I don’t know what does that review means

@Qa Khan I see it’s May 2024. although they never requested any RFEs from me and they said I have nothing pending to be done.

I also applied July 7 last year Emma told me the last time an officer work on my case was 3 March 2025 I’m still waiting

currently only 1000 cases based on asylum are processed every month, before april that number was 9000-10000 ….so we are not looking good…

but there is still many cases approved which was almost around my timeline

I also applied June 2023, no decision yet. congressional request didn’t help at all
