We received a notice of decision in the mail today (May 6 2025) that they received our Motion to reconsider after our I485 was denied on February 25 2025. Their decision has been withdrawn and they ordered that a new decision be made, alongside that we received an update that an interview was scheduled, we don't know when the interview will be yet. 🎉🎉🎉

Hello, trying to get some input from people in same scenario or who have been. I have a F2A application pending with priority date of 09/2022.
- Previously approved I-765 and I-131 - Combo Card
- Pending I-485 and I-130
- Applied for EAD extension as expiry date was 6/2025.
- Approval for extension received - STANDALONE EAD
Questions
- What about when you want to travel in this situation?
- Did I have file a I-131 along with my application for EAD extension?
- Can I file another I-131 to be able to travel for emergency reasons(aging parents)?
