@user user so basically you got approved for I-130 but they sent you RFE for I-485? I wonder what they need from you, and how come it took them so long to send rfe! this are trying times, I’ve been waiting for the approval for both I-130 and I-485. 40days post interview

@Anna B From what i know they only require the tax records of last 3 years so idk i have to wait for the notice to arrive by mail

@user user if you have the RFE letter in your documents tab, you can send the response to them. Do not need to wait for the mail. Mine was there two days after I received the notification

@Anna B oh and fun fact, when i did my intervew, the officer told me they’d issue a medical related RFE, but without issuing it the cancellation notice for the rfe came in my account not even 48 hrs later
