Good evening.
Someone who had a pending VAWA application and during the process wanted to get married again, did they have any issues?

if you marry before your I360 is approved then the Vawa would be automatically denied

@Stronger Now that’s a misconception. your VAWA does not get automatically denied. get married, appt for green card through marriage. once you get the receipt, use it as a basis to withdraw your VAWA. if you withdraw your VAWA before filing the marriage base greencard, it automatically puts you in removal. you’re welcome!

@li likesti I just got married. I gave up with the vawa case my pd was on 22. I will send them a withdrawal letter and file new one. I know the consequences since I’m already in a new relationship I should not be relying on Vawa. That my opinion
