I have to prepare a response to my I-140 RFE to provide evidences that I led a team overseas in a managerial capacity. Hello everyone, anyone here a Russian citizen trying to transfer there case for k1?
Me and my fiance have been trying for a schengen to go to poland and do our interview and hasn’t been so easy we tried transferring to her home country and got denied, anyone having luck transferring as a Russian citizen?

My status of my pertition still shown as " case was approved " till today and Its never change like " case was sent to the department of state ". But I got email from NVC today and they said that they aldy received my approved petition and they will send instruction to follow up. I think USCIS forgot to update my status online.
Does anyone have same experience like me?
i751 pending from june 2021
Hello. Is there anyone who applied for i751 in June 2021 and then for n400 in June 2022 and still waiting for decision. My case i751 was first send in Vermont and after I applied for n400 both cases got transfered to NBC in July 2022. My field office for n400 is Boston. They also send me the 48 months extension.
Spouses application - EAD and AP approved.
Wanted to share with the community!

Please help me understand "The case is processing"
Hello people, it's been a while since I last chatted with an agent, but I just did and they told me: "All I can see is the case is processing".
Now what does that mean, what do you think? Does it mean "you're within normal processing times" or does it mean someone might actually be reviewing my case? Thanks
