I-140 RFE on EB1 Multinational Executive-Manager
I led a team of 25+ software engineers oversees and came to the US as an intra company transfer executive manager. I have to prepare a response to my I-140 RFE to provide evidences that I led a team overseas in a managerial capacity. I have quiet a few artifacts but just wanted to see if anyone else had the same situation and what worked the best for them as evidence.
