My status of my pertition still shown as " case was approved " till today and Its never change like " case was sent to the department of state ". But I got email from NVC today and they said that they aldy received my approved petition and they will send instruction to follow up. I think USCIS forgot to update my status online.
Does anyone have same experience like me?

Yes @pk7 Tu my case is ready for interview since February on CEAC website but the status is same” Case was sent to Department of State” since 123 days on USCIS case status!! Write an email to NVC and request them to provide you new case number NVC must have created that starts from letter KDU that way you can track the staus of your application on CEAC website. But i am not sure how long they will take to create that case number for you. Good luck!

@Apatheia 1 I haven't received instruction letter from NVC. but I requested expedite to NVC and they forward my request to embassy and embassy accepted it. Now my case on the way to embassy.

@pk7 Tu finally my I-730 transfered to NVC on July 23 but i did not get any response from NVC yet.How long do you think i have to wait to get response from NVC?

@TMT Win Congratulations... You can use public inquiry form to check your NVC case number in NVC website. Everything we have to contact and ask them about our case because they wont contact you like anyother petition.
