I applied for my wife in 2020 , on June 2022 they requested more evidences of our marriage we sent all rfe docs and until now we’re still waiting for a decision..it’s been 7 months since they received the docs..not fair at all!!!

Visa bulletin from May

My PD is Apr 2022, and I 485 pending now, but the final action date will be Feb 2022 according to visa bulletin of May. Should I try something like Emma chat or senator contact before May comes?

I-130 Approval

Hi guys! I really need an explanation about Form I-130. I just got approved (I-130), and I really need to know the benefits of this approval and how it helps my pending I-485. My I-130 got approved with no RFE, so I really need your explanation about how this benefits my case. I also want to visit my family in Vietnam after not returning for 8 years. Will this approval help me reenter the US without any problems? Thank you so much! I hope your case will be approved soon too, and stay patient

Medical RFE response.

I dropped off my form I-693 at the Atlanta FO as requested on the Email I got, Now what? nothing was given to me or issue as proof, I even requested for signature, but they said NO? So what’s Next? I need Atlanta filers to please shere there experience with me. thank you

Submitted my AOS in february. My biometrics were taken on march 8th, still waiting to hear anything from them. I am a school teacher and need to get my I765 through ASAP :-( Could I expedite it?

RFE sent but no response after 4 months

I received RFE(medical) on 12/19/2022 documents sent right away it’s being four months still no response as today also my account doesn’t show request for evidence and evidence received (remain on case transferred to NBC) does anyone has the same experience?
