I 824 California SC
Our I 824 has exceeded the normal processing time at California Service Center which is 4 months and it's been 8 months since we have filed our I824. Everyone is saying California Service Center is better than other Centers. So, is it just me experiencing this frustrating waiting or is there anybody else who's waiting longer for their approvals at California SC??

My PD was on June 30, 2020 and I have been working for my employer for 8 months now. How about you? please share your PD below.
I just have 4 months left according to the contract, but due to this retrogression, I think I have to work for them more than 1 year contract to wait for my GC approval. Are there anyone working part time after the contract?

I-485 Medical RFE received
So USCIS sent my Medical RFE to my old address i left since January 2019. My old landlord called me to inform me i got two mails from uscis. Got there and found out it was my RFE issued since March 8, 2023.
Why would these people send mail to my old address? I have since changed address. They sent my work permit and VAWA approval to my current address, so this is strange. PLUS my status on the tracker never indicated an RFE was sent out.
Anyway i am rushing to the lab first thing Monday. Lets end all this nonsense once and for all.

DS 260 Form Filling Query
Dear All,
I have 4 queries related to DS 260 filling:
1) In the past travel history, i travelled to Saudi Arabia for job purpose and still living in Saudi Arabia. My nationality is Pakistan. I stayed in Kygrzstan for 14 days as Pakistani travellers were not allowed to travel directly from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia due to Covid. So, do i need to show travel to Kygrzstan or not?
2) My mother surname on passport is different compared to Birth Certificate so which one should i use the one with husband or father?
3) What is the meaning of Vaccination as per the US laws and regulations? Do i need to put “Yes” or “No” response as i am living outside Saudi Arabia as Spouse of US Citizen.
4) What is the meaning of Complete name in Native Language. Do I need to put Complete Applicant name in Urdu which is Pakistan’s National Language?
