Is my case getting news soon ?
hello.
- Mar 7 2022 case was received and a receipt notice sent
- APRIL 14 2023 case is being actively reviewed by USCIS
what that does mean ? they just started to review my case and will take 14.5 month since yesterday only???

If its the second actively reviewed then congrats you will found the approval in documents sections , if its the first time expect any think soon , btw what service center are you in? and is it i-130 ?

my case has a second actively review since 65 days. nothing happened. the first activity review was about a year. I believe nothing means anything with USCIS... but good luck to you!!!!

i got my second activly review on 485. at the same day my i130 got approved. not interview scheduled yet.
