Sharing PD eb3 unskilled
My PD was on June 30, 2020 and I have been working for my employer for 8 months now. How about you? please share your PD below. I just have 4 months left according to the contract, but due to this retrogression, I think I have to work for them more than 1 year contract to wait for my GC approval. Are there anyone working part time after the contract? Apperciate your sharing below. Thank you!

we can change employer but we have to file i485J for porting to another employer. In fact, it's easier to work for the old employer until getting GC. After 1 year, the only thing that the employer can do for you is not withdraw your i140. That's why I am asking about working part time after the contract

As far my attorney said employer cannot withdraw once your case has passed 180 days since submitted.

@Lion of Judah wow, when did your GC approve? because it's in the retrogression and with our PD we cannot grant GC right now

@Andrew Tung Ha Have you ever done an expedite? I knew some people sue USCIS for slowing their AOS. since your PD is current, you can sue them
