I-485 Medical RFE received
So USCIS sent my Medical RFE to my old address i left since January 2019. My old landlord called me to inform me i got two mails from uscis. Got there and found out it was my RFE issued since March 8, 2023.
Why would these people send mail to my old address? I have since changed address. They sent my work permit and VAWA approval to my current address, so this is strange. PLUS my status on the tracker never indicated an RFE was sent out.
Anyway i am rushing to the lab first thing Monday. Lets end all this nonsense once and for all.
PS; vawa and I-485 applied for in March 2018
vawa approved 3rd November 2022

@Nop nig, just be thankful that you had a good landlord, otherwise you wouldn’t have been aware of the RFE and the moment you miss that, that wouldn’t be good. Congratulations in advance!

If I was you and I got good rapport with my old Landlord I will just send the medical and not change anything let them send my card to whichever address then battle address change when it’s time for citizenship

@Alexer George I am telling you. Considering they sent other mails to my current address but decided to tempt the devil by sending this much anticipated mail to my old address i have since changed 4yrs ago.

@kings Kay I understand your position but i will tell you this, fear not for everyones case is unique. Only a few cases are like mine. Why mine delayed, i have no idea. Just USCIS doing uscis thing. However, approvals are gotten in an average of 15 months these days. I have seen folks whose cases were approved within a year here. So just believe.
