C'est ce qu'ont relevé ce dimanche les responsables de IFSI, qui ont fait savoir que lors d'une rencontre, les responsables de l'immigration ont mentionné que toutes les personnes qui ont soumis une application auront des reponses. Une personne qui a été approuvée et qui pour une raison quelconque ne peut voyager est autorisée à produire une demande de prolongation de vogayer sur le site de USCIS.

I did my own paperwork and filing. Received medical RFE on March 27th for I-485, responded on March 31st. Green card was approved without interview. EAD was never approved but now I don’t need it 😀💃🏾
Medical RFE for I 485

I just now realized upon browsing on this forum that I received a Medical RFE only for my Green Card application! They received my medical on the 13th as per athe website update.
My question is, do you think they will ask for another RFE Medical for my I-130. I see a lot of you received the medical request for that application. My I-130 still just says “case received” and not actively reviewing or anything.
My case is at NBC.

Re-enter inside US using AP, and existing H1B validity which is beyond AP
I have I-485 pending, waiting for EAD and AP cards. Planning to travel outside US once received AP, and H1B transfer approved (in progress) which will have 3 years validity i.e. until 2026.
My question is if I travel and re-enter with AP, I can continue to work for the employer using my existing approval; and what would happen when my AP is expired in 1 year? Will it automatically go back to H1B with my existing approval or need to file again or something else.
Appreciate if any experience or clear answers.

1-485 EOIR was transferred from the court to the FO

My case was finally transferred after terminating my removal proceedings from the court to the local Brooklyn Office. I waited almost 9 month for it to happen. I contacted USCIS and the representative said that case has been transferred on March 27 2023. Do you guys know how long it will take to receive RFE or interview date?

Is there anyone that have PD in June 2022 and gotten approval for I-130 yet? My PD is June 7 2022 from Texas service center and haven’t gotten any approval yet. Hoping to get an approval soon 🙏
