traveling with vawa advance parole
Hi Guys, any one with experience of traveling with Advance parole and coming back? I am planning on booking a flight but needs to hear from people with experience of advance parole travels. my vawa is yet to be approved though but o have my advance parole. travel or not?

Our expedite request for the I-130 was approved last Thursday. We haven’t received any official confirmation from USCIS, but our congressman received a response to our inquiry that it was approved and I confirmed it via Emma as well.
We requested based on humanitarian reasons (family issues).
How long has it taken you, who have also gone the expedite route, to get the I-130 approved after the approved expedite request? Quick Googling gave a timeframe of 2-10 days 🤔
case transferred to Chicago FO since September 20th 2022
Hi, my case status didn’t change since April 29 2022, “ your case is ready to be schedule for interview” so I chat with live agent they told me my applicaton I-485 has been transferred to Chicago FO yet my FO is Minneapolis St. Paul. any one who can explain what does this mean or anyone with the same situation?
I-130(without I-485) Interview IN THE U.S.
1. My asylum application was denied and I am now on court proceedings.
2. With the help of an attorney, my wife file I-130 alone for me (I can’t submit I-485 yet because I have a pending matter at the immigration court.)
3. My question is: Will USCIS schedule an interview for my wife and I, even though we didn’t submit I-485 yet, before I-130 approval?

My last post
I want to share this last post with you guys because I have to say this app gave me the contention and information I needed to navigate through this process.
I spent one year (I know a lot of people have spent more) checking out this app every day to learn from others and in some way, feel more hopeful. Thanks to this app, I connected with other people that gave me very useful information, but also, it let me help others as well.

NO IV PACKET GIVING AT EMBASSY, EB2 NIW. USCIS WANT IV PACKET BEFORE I GET MY ACTUAL GREEN CARD.
Hello all,
I entered the US last December with EB2 NIW (consular processing). I did not received any IV packet from the embassy because the embassy said it will be sent electronically. On my visa there’s an annotation “IV DOCS IN CCD”. I have not received my actual Green Card, I contacted USCIS and they send me this….
“A search of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicates that USCIS has not received your Department of State issued IV Packet, which should have been submitted by the Port of Entry (POE) when you entered the United States. USCIS requires a completed Immigrant Visa Packet to process your Permanent Resident Card (PRC)”.
Anybody with similar experience, please help. #Actualgreencard #EB2NIW #Consularprocessing #IVpacket #USCIS.
