RFE for I-485/I-693
I received a NOID yesterday stating that my 1-693 package didn't include tests for drugs/addiction and that makes me inadmissible to the USA. I have 30days to respond with an explanation/evidence otherwise my 1-485 will be denied. Anyone with such an issue?

redo the test ensure they all test or ask them give u back a copy and tick that u have no drug addiction

the doctor should have mark no class a or substance (drug) abuse/addiction

it is so frustrating 😤 😫. God make a way. Am going to call my PCP and see if they can drug test me. Also my new employer had me tested for drugs before they hired me. They are to give me a letter too
