My last post
I want to share this last post with you guys because I have to say this app gave me the contention and information I needed to navigate through this process.
I spent one year (I know a lot of people have spent more) checking out this app every day to learn from others and in some way, feel more hopeful. Thanks to this app, I connected with other people that gave me very useful information, but also, it let me help others as well.
I know it sounds cliché but stay positive. Things are moving forward, and you just have to be patient (more).
Today I finally have my green card, and I just want to wish you all the best of luck.

@baris kurt honestly it was way more simple that I was expecting. She only asked us for name, address, my I-94 (I had a copy), info about my current work, and how we met. Honestly just that, not even pictures but I showed her some pictures myself.

@baris kurt no need to be worried. If you are in a real marriage, I promise there is nothing to be worried about. However, if you want to feel more prepared, watch videos on YouTube about "Stokes interview" which are the interviews where the couple are separated. Watch those videos and review the questions with your partner. To be prepared for that kind of interview, it will help you a lot to be more relaxed. Best of luck.

@Ro Ro thank you very much. Honestly everything was very fast. It took a week from the moment I received the approval to the moment I received the card. And yes, you receive notifications during the process.

that’s great @Daniel T. It’s been 5 days since I got my approval but I’ve not had any updates since. it’s still stuck at case approved so I was wondering. Thabks for your helpful posts. Celebrate your success so far 🎉
