I-693 RFE Response Update
Hi everyone,
I received an RFE request for me to submit my I-693 medical exam form. I responded and sent it as instucted. My question is, according to the tracking information, USCIS received the form at the address they told me to send it to in the RFE notice. However, I don’t see an update on my USCIS account. It still says upload your RFE response. They received my form 10 days ago. Does anybody have an idea on how long it may take them to update my account?
RFE proof of bonafide marriage
hi there, after sending my medicals I received anothet RFE about proof of bonefied marriage, i had already provided some proof when I applied.
the list they sent me is too long. i have most of those things but not all. what are the strongest proofs?
is this process normal?

Any one has any opinion to share on it. The Status is showing approved but I can't believe that. is there any glitch or any error? please advise.

The day has finally come! Our I-130 got approved but in the letter it states whether we are going to fill out an I-485 or I-824.Mu spouse is currently in the US undocumented.If we go there to wait for the rest of the case will we be penalized? I notice the I-485 says they can use that document if they entered legally which he did not would i just do the pardon then. i need help y'all 😂

Emma Live Agent- should I trust this? also what does this mean?
Hi so I spoke with a live agent this morning and they said that my case had been moved to my field office, however till this point I have only received things from NBC. I just submitted my medical last week, and they received it on the 14th (this was after they requested it for I485).
They also said my interview was waived and they were “conducting necessary processing checks” before they could make a decision. what does that mean/indicate?
any thoughts on this are welcome
