Interview Tips Needed
Hi y'all! Hope everyone is doing great
I have my marriage based greencard interview on the 27th and I am preparing my documents at this point.
For now, I have:
Joint bank statement, joint lease agreement, car insurance, joint tax returns for 2022, joint LLC agreement, marriage ceremony vendor contracts, photos of us two and family and friends, flight tickets (hotel reservation, amusement park tickets etc)
What else should I prepare, should I ask my friends to write letters? since a lot of people are doing this.
Also, please any interview questions/tips you could share with me will be highly appreciated!

Anyone have any experience with Los Angeles County FO?
sharing my timeline below- we sent our RFE back on Friday and today received an update that RFE response was received. I don’t want to get too excited but that feels like they are maybe moving faster. anyone have any recent experience with LA County FO, if so- when did you move to the next stage after RFE response received? thanks!

good night. so I expedite my AP base off my mothers recent decline in health. the agent put in the request and told me that an agent will get in touch with me to ask for evidence. anyone here has similar experience? what evidence will I need to submit apart from the doctors note?
NVC financial document Tax Return missing
My husband have not filed his taxes for 2022 yet because he was requested to have me (his wife) apply for an ITIN number, because we are filing our taxes jointly and I have been in the US for over 180 days in the last 3 years, the IRS explained to him that my ITIN application must be submitted along with his Federal Tax Return. Once the ITIN is issued, they will put my ITIN number on his Tax Return to begin the process. My appointment with the IRS for the ITIN application is on May 20th, and the processing time is up to 12 weeks (too much time to wait). Can I submit his I-864EZ without his Tax Refund Transcript for 2022 and provide this explanation to the NVC?
How much time till I get my I-130 approved from Potomac?
I just found out from my attorney that my case is actually processing at Potomac service center. The processing time for Potomac is 16 months. I want to know how soon I’ll get approval for my I-130 petition. My PD is June 7 2022 and my service center is Potomac. They started reviewing my case on June 9 2022.
How many of you have PD in June 2022 from Potomac and have gotten their I-130 approved already?
Really hoping to get my I-130 approved soon

Respond to the RFE
hello guys I hope you are doing great
so as far as I know Respond to the RFE extended for 2 months and my RFE deadline is about up can I submit back my RFE to immigration or for all Eb-2 applicants Respond to RFE closed? if I submit my RFE back does immigration accept it or Responding to RFE is still closed? please I need the right answers.

Am I Using Premium Incorrecly ?
Hi there ,
I’m wondering if anyone else who has paid for Lawfully Premium thinks it’s actually worth it ? I feel like all they ever say is “ no information “ on 95% of the days . Im not really sure what I’m paying for . or am I supposed to believe that the service centre hasn’t touched any of applications that are similar to
mine for over 2 -3 weeks?!!

Today I found out that my case (A) file is at San Jose field office. PD is not current, June 2022
case was transferred to NBC in March 2023
what should I expect now ? email for medical ? and any idea how fast that FO process applications ?
