Case Transferred to FO San Jose , EB1 India, PD is June 2022
Hey guys,
Today I found out that my case (A) file is at San Jose field office. PD is not current, June 2022
case was transferred to NBC in March 2023
what should I expect now ? email for medical ? and any idea how fast that FO process applications ?

@Sharad kumar You might have to wait for the Visa to be available. My PD is current and I am still waiting, It’s been 7 weeks since my I-485 moved to non-local FO San Diego from NBC and still there is no officer assigned or working on it as per EMMA
I don’t want to discourage but in reality it’s a wait game my friend 😊
