Respond to the RFE
hello guys I hope you are doing great
so as far as I know Respond to the RFE extended for 2 months and my RFE deadline is about up can I submit back my RFE to immigration or for all Eb-2 applicants Respond to RFE closed? if I submit my RFE back does immigration accept it or Responding to RFE is still closed? please I need the right answers.

hey. this depends on when the RFE was sent to you. the extension for of additional 2 months was COVID related. check the USCIS update to know if you fall within the grace Period. I believe the last date was March 23rd. That is, if you got your RFE on or before March 23rd the privileges extend to you and you can submit after the 90 days deadline. as usual, be sure to speak to your lawyer

I received RFE on 26th January and after 4 days I mean on 30th January immigration gave 60 additional days who got RFE between 2021 and 2023 March. What is your own opinion should I wait more 60 days or can I submit it?

it’s better to you to answer RFE as fast as possible. But if you received it before March 23rd, you have an option to submit the response after deadline up to 60 days.
