Hi, what is this means ?
due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. the national visa center (nvc) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available
i have filled the ds 160 form, paid the fee, but on Appointment Page it's telling me "No Appointment Available"
The visa status says "Ready for interview" but appointment page tells me there are no slots available. I don't know what to do. This is a nightmare. My case is in Islamabad Embassy Pakistan.

Over 1 month after interview and no update
I am getting so frustrated. I went to my interview last month and it’s been over a month now but my case still says Interview scheduled. what Is really going on or wrong with this people?

My case just changed
This evening my case was changed into “Case is ready to be scheduled for interview”. I’m happy but also feel worries as well since I heard that EB interviews cases got waved. I posted it here just for folks get a hope as well eventually EB3 unskilled category is retrogressive.

case transferred
Hi all, I just got an update on my AOS that the case has been transferred to a another office. I don't have any other details than this. how to check which office is the case transferred to now ? I'm also waiting on my medical rfe, does anyone know how much time it'll take once case is transferred?
Maybe Fastest I-485 Approval Without Interview
I just got my I-130 and I-485 approvals on the same day on April 15th without an interview.
USCIS recieved my I-485 application without I-693 on Feb 28th. I got Biometrics done on March 31st and submitted I-693 RFE few days after that. In total, my case got approved in 45 days.

I just received a RFE for my I-485. Nothing is showing yet on my documents section online, I guess I have to give it some days.
what do you think the RFE is for?
I’m just anxious to know what it is and I fully understand nobody will truly know until I receive it but your suggestions are welcome.
