Over 1 month after interview and no update
I am getting so frustrated. I went to my interview last month and it’s been over a month now but my case still says Interview scheduled. what Is really going on or wrong with this people?

@Frank S @Mohamed Toto my personal experience I have filled twice i751 if that take this long after interview more chance of NOID .. I got 1st time NOID then I filled second time and it got approved day after the interviewed.. good luck

He gave me a white paper after interview and he said we will send to you after 4 weeks

Your green card has been extended to 24 months from the date it expired as per the new rule. And so, USCIS don’t have to be in a hurry to remove that condition. If you hit your citizenship mark apply for citizenship and don’t wait for them. Good luck

Technically, the USCIS has to provide you with a decision on your naturalization application within 120 days of your naturalization interview. In a green card application, the USCIS is supposed to provide you with an official notification of their decision within 30 days of your interview. But this is not always the case. if it’s past 30 days I believe you can reach out to them

@del c when my lawyer tried to submit an inquiry, it wouldn’t let her. how else can we contact them?

you can chat with Emma and ask, or try to file an inquiry by yourself using uscis.gov/e-request or you can go through the congressional route and reach out yo your senator’s office and they might help you
