Hi folks, FYI, my PD is Jan 05 2022 This interview is for the I-485 my FO is Seattle status changed from “Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction” to “case is ready to be scheduled for interview”

i got the interview in my local fo from aug 4 and it was smooth, after the status case was ready.... then mine 45 days later I got scheduled and after the interview because its retro so my case transferred back to NBC and now case remains pending due to no immigrant visa available pd 9/21/2020

Hello everyone! my case status for I-485 just changed today to CASE REMAINS PENDING. my priority date is 12/10/2020. i am under the category of EB3-3. Also, i didn’t have any interview or any RFE. What does this mean? thank you in advance.

@nilufa akter hey congrats to you! Now everything you need is just wait for the visa bulletin becomes current or moving forward so your case is gonna be approved soon! It depends on cases such as mine is going to be interviewed or some others is going to send a medical RFE because theirs got expired or they haven’t sent them yet.

For people who are affected by the EB retrogressions or waiting, let's urge USCIS to resume releasing the "EB 485 pending report" which can tell us the number of people waiting in line before our PD and estimate the wait time. Btw they released for 10 years but stopped in 2018, so it's not hard for them to produce it, I filed FOIA request and commented on the USCIS data page (https://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-and-studies/immigration-and-citizenship-data) many times to ask for this. The more people ask for this, the more likely USCIS will take this seriously and release it.
