Just wanted to share my time-line here if that will be helpful for anyone. Keep your faith up and don't give up. My total process was almost four years because of the attorney mistake. Can't believe this is over...🎉 anyone knows how long until I'll receive actual card?

feeling frustrated and devastated any advice will help
I did an interview for my I-130 last month no answer yet. but I was apply for Haitian TPS so I had an issue(I was lying in a visa application when I was in my country I said was married, had kids just to get the visa it was not happened I was crossing the border to come to us it the officer catched the lie and send me another interview the lawyer did attempt the interview with us they denied it then I hire another lawyer she refill 130 with all the prove from my country to show them I was married lucky me
at the interview for the new I-130 she didn’t mention nothing in the pass
but i was applying since aug 2021
for TPS to have my work permit,
they sent me an RFE my lawyer did sent it to them.
they sent a new RFE now asking for a waiver for the TPS only because of all that happened to my country.
my lawyer ask me $10 000 for the TPS waiver and she told me be prepared for another waiver the adjustment status after the I-130 is approved. she said if they ask a waiver for the adjustment she will take $1500
