2nd Job with H1B(NPO)
Hello everyone.
Currently, I am working for a Nonprofit organization and they filed my H1B, on other side I got a part-time professor position for another Nonprofit organization.
Do I need to get concurrent H1 from the second NPO as well?
or is there a way I can take this job without getting concurrent H1, as both of them are non-profit organizations?
Case Transferred From FO back to NBC
My case was initially at NBC, then on March 16th 2023, it got transferred to Santa Ana, CA FO. Today I found out via Emma that my case is at NBC. Confirmed with Two different agents.
Not sure if this is a good sign or not.

Hi, we submitted our i130 application in August 2022 and received AR1. When we logged into our online USCIS portal, we noticed that only about 5 documents were scanned and we submitted over 50 pages of evidence.
Is this normal or should we be able to see all the documents we submitted on the online portal?
Social Security after GC
Hi Folks,
My green card got approved and delivered last week…all good there but the social security just received after the GC approval still says valid for work only with DHS authorization. Shouldn’t the Social Security be unrestricted for permanent residents or is that only for US citizens? Just trying to understand if I need to request a new SSN or if that’s the standard for green card holders.

I’m concurrent filling I-130 and I-485. I-130 just got approved but AOS application has not moved since April 2021 and still saying: Case is Actively Reviewing by USCIS. I sent my medical 8 days ago. any thoughts about when I-485 could be approved?

What would be spouse priority date as it’s not written on i485 receipt notice for spouse.
Hi everyone
Quick question: My GC was approved few weeks back however I added my spouse sometime last year by sending her i485 with my receipt approval notice for i140.
Would my spouse priority date also be the date on my i140 or it’s gonna be the date we submitted her i485.
Asking this because there’s no priority date written on her i485 receipt notice.
