Case Transferred From FO back to NBC
My case was initially at NBC, then on March 16th 2023, it got transferred to Santa Ana, CA FO. Today I found out via Emma that my case is at NBC. Confirmed with Two different agents.
Not sure if this is a good sign or not.

those Emma agents are super unreliable.

Well, we have almost the same PD. In my situation I asked one agent and she told me it was transferred to my FO (no date given). Then, I asked two more agents on the same day and they told me it was at the NBC.
