@eh za I think it’s a good sign. i was told the same by the live agent on Emma. my case was last touched on apr 14. it essentially says that someone is looking into our case. it will lead to a decision soon hopefully.

I was told that my case was last reviewed on Feb 17 and nothing yet. today I did chat and I was told that my case was last seen by an officer on April 17. seems like they open my case once every 60 days 😂😂😂

may be. for my case agent told me officer is working on the case on 03/24 and approved on 03/28. non local FO (Fresno CA)
